Enquiry Service and Rapid Response
The enquiry service and rapid response service provides the Scottish Government, SEPA and Scottish Water with access to rapid, reliable and impartial information from leading experts. This could include reviews of existing research, guidance and advice on emerging research results and policy relevant issues, often within short time-scales.

Activities will most frequently be requested by policy colleagues, but as the service becomes established they may also be proposed by CREW staff. This two way dialogue ensures best use of water expertise and allows CREW to alert policy colleagues to new ideas, activities and innovations.
